Plasma cutting
Plasma cutting is a process used to cut steel and other metals using a plasma torch.
Our company is able to offer dry cutting up to a thickness of 150 mm for stainless steel and for nickel alloys up to 60 mm.
Through this type of cut we can achieve:
- discs
- rings
- plates and shaped
- Stainless steel: 304 – 304H – 304L – 310S – 316 – 316L – 316Mo – 316Ti – 317 – 317L – 321 – 321H – 347 – 347H – 410 – 410S – S32750 – S32760 – S31803 – S32205 – 904L
- Nickel alloys (up to 60 mm): Alloy 28 – Alloy 400 – Alloy 625 – Alloy 800H – Alloy 825
Oxy-fuel cutting
Oxygen cutting is the process of cutting sheet metal that uses the oxyacetylene flame with a jet of pure oxygen and is based on the principle that ferrous materials, which contain enough carbon, brought to incandescence, burn if they are in an oxygen atmosphere.
We can offer sheets cut from a minimum of 3 mm up to a maximum thickness of 250 mm.
Through this type of cut we can achieve:
- discs
- rings
- plates and shaped
